Did you encouter a malfunction and need support?

Below we explain the steps to be taken to contact us and receive support on your purchase.

  1. I got the product but it does not satisfy me
    Send us an e-mail to [email protected] if no more than 14 days have passed since the delivery date. You can benefit from the right to withdrawal. Please we do reccomend you to specify the invoice number and why you want to give back the device. Attach all to the packaging box which will be shipped to: SPORT E BENESSERE – VIA DELLE COMUNICAZIONI S.N. – 75100 MATERA. Don’t forget that the shipping costs are at your expense, as required by law. Once we have received the packaging box and checked the integrity of the product, we will refund the amount. In case of customized products, the right of withdrawal is entirely cancelled, as required by Consumer Code (art.49, letter n. M).
  2. I got the product but it does not work
    Send us an e-mail to [email protected] if no more than 14 days have passed since the delivery date. Please we do reccomend you to specify the invoice number and the defect found. You will be contacted by our Support Center to check the malfunction of the device, if so we will replace the product at our expense.
  3. The product no longer works
    Send us an e-mail to [email protected] the product is covered by a 24-month on-site warranty end users. Please we do reccomend you to specify both purchase data (invoice number and date) and the defect found.

    1. What does the warranty cover?
      The warranty covers the free of charge repair, in the event that the failure of the device is not attributable to wear or improper use by the user.
      In case of defects and/or malfunctions not due to wear or improper use mentioned above, repair will be carried out without any charge to the user. Improper use, wear and/or voluntary damage to the product, will void the warranty coverage. Therefore any repair will be preceded by a cost estimate.+
    2. How to request a support intervention?
      Send us an e-mail to [email protected]. Please we do reccomend you to specify both purchase data (invoice number and date) and the defect found. You will receive a confirmation mail with a RMA number and a form to fill out and attach to the packaging box. The shipping must be addressed to: SPORT E BENESSERE – VIA DELLE COMUNICAZIONI S.N. – 75100 MATERA. Don’t forget that the shipping costs are at your expense, as required by law. Once we have received the packaging box and after a check of the malfunction of the device,  you will get a quick reply by our Support Center.
